What you'll learn
- Choose which events notify you in-app and which send email
- Set how often digest emails are bundled
- Control your weekly report summary
VEXORS keeps you informed two ways: in-app alerts in the bell panel, and emails to your account address. The Notifications page lets you decide, category by category, which events reach you on each channel, so your inbox stays useful and nothing important slips by. You will find it in Settings.
Why this matters
Procurement moves on deadlines. A bid arriving, an approval waiting on you, a request closing in 24 hours: these are the moments where a well-timed alert is the difference between winning and missing out. Tuning your notifications means the urgent things reach you immediately while routine updates stay quietly in the app.
In-app versus email
Every category can notify you on two channels, shown as two columns on the page:
| Channel | What it means |
|---|---|
| In-app | Shown in the bell notification panel inside VEXORS while you are using the app. |
| Sent to your account email so you hear about it even when you are away from the app. |
Email notifications are available on the Grow and Scale plans. On Explore you will see the email column marked with a Grow+ badge and an upgrade link. In-app notifications are available on every plan.
Choose what notifies you
Open Settings and go to Notifications. The Notification channels card lists your event categories, each with an in-app toggle and an email toggle. Toggling a category sets every event inside it at once.
The categories you see depend on how you use VEXORS, and may include:
- Bid Events, your bidding activity as a supplier
- Request Events, bids and updates on your requests as a buyer
- Service Offers exchanged between you and counterparties
- Approval Events waiting on you or decided
- Deadline Alerts as request deadlines approach
- Team Events such as invitations, joins, and role changes
- Profile Nudges about gaps and Trust Score changes
- Messages & Chat alerts for messages and mentions
- Catalog updates about your catalog items
- AI scoring updates when scores are ready or go stale
- System Announcements for product updates and maintenance
To fine-tune a single event rather than a whole category, select a category to expand it. You can then switch an individual event on or off, and a Reset to category default link returns it to the category setting whenever you want.
Some alerts are always sent
Account-security, registration, and billing emails are always delivered and cannot be turned off. They keep your account safe and your billing transparent. You can see these listed under Always sent on the page.
Set your email cadence
The Email cadence card controls how often eligible emails are delivered. You have three choices:
| Cadence | When emails arrive |
|---|---|
| Immediate | Eligible emails are sent as events occur. |
| Daily digest | Bundled into one email at 8:00 AM. |
| Weekly digest | Bundled into one email every Monday. |
Time-critical and mandatory emails always send immediately, whatever you choose here, so a digest never holds back something urgent.
Control your weekly report summary
The Weekly report digest is a Monday email summarising your company's procurement activity for the past week. It is available on the Grow and Scale plans.
The personal toggle, Email me my copy, controls whether you receive the summary. If you are a company admin, you will also see a company-wide master switch, Send the weekly report to your team. When that master switch is off, no one on the team receives the report, regardless of their personal setting. When it is on, each member receives a copy only if they keep their own toggle enabled.
Save your changes
Notification changes are not live until you save them. After adjusting your toggles, select Save in the page header. A banner reminds you while you have unsaved changes, and the button confirms once your preferences are stored.
A good starting point: keep in-app alerts on for everything, and reserve email for the categories that need your attention when you are away, such as Approval Events and Deadline Alerts. You can always widen it later.
