VEXORS FZC owns all intellectual property rights in the VEXORS platform, including but not limited to:

  • Software, source code, and application logic
  • User interface design, visual elements, and design system
  • AI models, scoring algorithms, and evaluation logic
  • Documentation, marketing materials, and written content produced by VEXORS
  • The VEXORS brand, name, logo, and trade dress

Nothing in these Terms or your use of the platform grants you any rights in VEXORS IP except the limited licence to use the platform described in the Terms of Service.

User-Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the VEXORS platform, including company logos, bid documents, catalog item descriptions, images, and procurement request documents (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant VEXORS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the platform to you and the other parties involved in your procurement workflows. This licence terminates when your content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload any User Content, and that doing so does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Copyright Infringement: Takedown Notice (DMCA)

  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices will not be processed. False notices may expose you to legal liability.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@vexors.com containing:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its former location.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
