Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the VEXORS peer referral programme operated by VEXORS FZC ("VEXORS", "we", "us"). By participating in the programme, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

To participate in the VEXORS referral programme, you must:

  • Be an existing subscriber on a Grow or Scale plan in good standing (active subscription, no outstanding payments)
  • Have an active VEXORS account at the time your referral qualifies
  • Not be a VEXORS employee, contractor, or partner (partner referrals are governed by the Partner Agreement)

Explore (free) tier users are not eligible to earn referral rewards.

How It Works

Each eligible subscriber receives a unique referral link accessible via Settings → Referral. When you share this link and a new company registers and upgrades to a paid plan, you earn a referral credit applied to your account.

Referrals must be to businesses that are not already registered on VEXORS. Self-referrals and referrals of existing accounts are not valid.

Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are applied as account credits:

  • The referred company must complete registration, upgrade to a Grow or Scale paid plan, and remain on a paid plan for at least one full billing cycle before the reward is issued.
  • Credits are applied to your next invoice. They cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Credit amounts are shown in the referral section of your account settings and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link. The referred company must register using your link for the referral to be attributed to you. VEXORS' records are the definitive record of referral attribution.

If you believe a referral was not correctly attributed, contact support@vexors.com within 30 days of the referred company's first payment.

Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to manipulate the referral programme through fraudulent means: including but not limited to creating fictitious accounts, self-referrals, or coordinated abuse: will result in:

  • Disqualification of all pending and historical referral rewards
  • Suspension or termination of your VEXORS account
  • Recovery of any credits already applied, offset against future invoices

VEXORS reserves the right to withhold rewards pending investigation of suspected abuse.

Programme Modifications & Termination

VEXORS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time. Material changes to reward structure will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Pending rewards that have already qualified (referred company has completed their first paid billing cycle) will be honoured.

If you no longer meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., your subscription lapses), you will be removed from the programme and any unissued rewards will be forfeited.

Governing Law

These Referral Program Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
