Refund & Cancellation Policy

This document is provided for informational purposes. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to the VEXORS platform operated by VEXORS FZC (“VEXORS”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial use of a billing period: if you cancel mid-period, access continues until the period ends but no refund is issued for unused time.
  • Early cancellation of an annual subscription: the full annual fee is charged and no pro-rated refund is provided for remaining months.
  • Dissatisfaction with the platform: we encourage you to use the Explore (free) tier to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
  • Accidental purchases: if you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us promptly at billing@vexors.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be issued where required by applicable law. If you believe a statutory right to a refund applies in your jurisdiction, please contact us.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing in the platform, or by contacting us at billing@vexors.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
  • After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the Explore (free) tier. Your data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • No partial refunds are issued for any unused portion of the billing period.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Your payment method will be charged on the renewal date.

To prevent auto-renewal, cancel your subscription via Settings → Billing before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder notification before each renewal.

Failed Payment & Automatic Downgrade

If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment is not successfully collected, your account will automatically downgrade to the Explore (free) tier.

  • No refund is issued for any partial billing period on a downgraded account.
  • Your account will enter a restricted state until your next billing anniversary date (the date corresponding to your original subscription start date in each calendar month).
  • After the anniversary reset, you must bring your account into compliance with Explore tier limits before normal usage resumes. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Explore (Free) Tier

The Explore tier is a permanent free offering: it is not a time-limited trial. There is no payment required for Explore. No refund policy applies to Explore usage.

Plan Changes

Upgrades (Explore → Grow, Grow → Scale) take effect immediately. Any change in pricing is charged on a pro-rated basis for the current billing period.

Downgrades (Scale → Grow, Grow → Explore) take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your current plan features until then.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered account owner and by notice on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
