What is VEXORS?
VEXORS is the B2B trust network for sourcing, procurement & sales: buyers run structured RFQs, RFPs and RFIs, suppliers respond free in one consistent format, and every completed deal builds a public Trust Score both sides carry forward.
What you'll learn
- Understand what VEXORS is and the problem it solves
- Know what makes VEXORS different from tools and directories
- Know what each role (buyer, supplier, both) lets you do
Most sourcing software digitizes documents. VEXORS is built on a different idea: sourcing works better inside a network where both sides are accountable.
VEXORS is the B2B trust network for sourcing, procurement & sales. Buyers run their RFQs, RFPs and RFIs as structured Requests. Suppliers respond free, in one consistent format. And every completed deal produces two-sided ratings that build a public Trust Score each company carries into its next deal. The same account serves the company buying, the company selling, and the many companies that do both.
Most SME and mid-market sourcing still runs on email, spreadsheets and WhatsApp: requests drafted by hand, quotes back in a dozen formats, the comparison rebuilt for every purchase, and the reasoning behind the award buried in an inbox when someone asks months later. VEXORS turns that into one clear process, and adds the one thing email can never provide: a verifiable track record on every company.
What makes VEXORS different
- Trust is earned, not written. A Trust Score comes only from completed deals, rated by both sides. It cannot be bought with a marketing budget, and it follows the company everywhere on the network.
- Accountability runs both ways. Buyers rate suppliers, and suppliers rate buyers, so a supplier's history of delivering and a buyer's history of awarding fairly are both visible before anyone commits.
- It is a network, not a tool. Your suppliers are already on the other side of it, new counterparts find you through it, and open Requests are listed on the public tender directory where any qualified supplier can find them.
- There is nothing to implement. VEXORS sits in front of your ERP, not in place of it: purchase orders, payments and stock stay exactly where they are, nothing migrates, and your first Request can be live minutes after you sign up.
What you can do as a buyer
Your job on VEXORS is to award with confidence and keep a record that holds up.
- Describe what you need and the AI drafter builds the full Request in seconds, with line items, evaluation criteria and required documents, or import your Bill of Quantities straight from a spreadsheet
- Publish as an RFQ, RFP, or RFI, open to the whole network or to invited suppliers
- Every bid comes back against your line items, and AI Scoring evaluates and ranks them on your own weighted criteria, commercial and technical, with the reasoning written out
- Award in minutes with a decision you can show finance or an auditor at any time, and rate the supplier when the work is done
What you can do as a supplier
Your job on VEXORS is to be seen, win more, and build a reputation that travels.
- Browse open tenders from private-sector buyers and get matched to Opportunities that fit what you sell
- Respond free, no per-bid fee, with an AI quality check that flags gaps before you submit, and learn why you won or lost. Your plan sets how many bids you can submit per month (3 on Explore, 15 on Grow, unlimited on Scale)
- Build a Catalog so buyers can discover your products and pull them straight into their Requests
- Grow your Trust Score with every completed engagement
One account, both roles
When you sign up you choose your starting role: Buyer, Supplier, or Both. If you choose Both, you can switch between the buyer and supplier views at any time using the toggle at the top of the app. There is no need for separate accounts. Most companies do both, and a single subscription covers both sides of your business.
When a buyer publishes an open request in your category, it appears at the top of your Opportunities feed. You see the buyer's company name, the deadline, and the full brief. You never see their internal email or estimated budget.
