Contact support
How to reach the VEXORS team by email, file a business complaint, and find answers without waiting.
What you'll learn
- Know exactly how to reach the support team from inside the app
- Understand when and how to file a business complaint
- Find answers quickly using search and the guides
There are three ways to get help on VEXORS: email support, a business complaint for deal disputes, and the guides themselves. Here is when to use each one.
Email support
Open Support from Settings
Go to Settings in the left menu, then select Support. From there, select Email support to open a message to
support@vexors.com.The team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm GST, and aims to respond within one business day. For the fastest resolution, include your company name and a brief description of what you need help with.
File a business complaint
If something has gone wrong in a deal with another company, including non-delivery, misrepresentation, or payment disputes, you can file a formal business complaint.
From the Support page, select File a complaint. You will be asked to describe the issue and the company involved. The VEXORS team reviews every complaint.
A few important things to know about complaints:
- Open or investigating complaints do not affect a company's Trust Score. A complaint only counts against a company once it has been reviewed and upheld.
- Only complaints upheld in the last six months reduce a company's Trust Score. Older upheld complaints roll off automatically.
- There is no separate "My complaints" section in the sidebar. The File a business complaint card on the Support page itself doubles as your tracker: while you have a complaint that is open or under investigation, its button changes from File a complaint to View my complaints, which takes you to your complaint list. Once none of your complaints are active, the button reverts to filing a new one.
The business complaint process is for disputes with other companies on the network. For technical issues or account questions, use email support instead.
Find answers in the guides
Many questions are answered in these guides without needing to contact anyone. The most useful starting points are:
- Common questions, plan limits, statuses, privacy, and billing
- Account and sign-in help, sign-in trouble, under-review accounts, missing verification emails
- Understanding your Trust Score, how the score is built and how to raise it
Use the search bar at the top of the docs to find articles by keyword. Searching "bid" or "invoice" or "verification" will surface the relevant guide within a few keystrokes.
