Create your account and choose your role
Sign up in a few minutes, verify your email with a one-time code, choose Buyer, Supplier, or Both, and you are in.
What you'll learn
- Complete the sign-up form and pass email verification
- Understand what happens if your account goes into review
- Choose the right starting role for how you plan to use VEXORS
Getting onto VEXORS takes about five minutes. The flow has three parts: fill in your details, verify your email, and tell us how you plan to use the platform.
Fill in the sign-up form
Open the sign-up page and complete the form. You will need:
- Your full name and work email, VEXORS uses your email domain to link everyone from the same company under one profile, so use your work address
- A password that is at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character, a strength checklist appears as you type, plus a confirm password field that must match it
- Your company name and country, the country you register in is used for verification
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then check the box confirming you are an official representative of the company authorized to act on its behalf. Select Create account to continue.
If your company is already registered on VEXORS, you cannot create a second company under the same email domain and country. Ask your company's admin to invite you instead.
Verify your email
After you submit the form, VEXORS sends a 6-digit verification code to your email address. Enter it on the next screen. Your verification session stays open for about 30 minutes, if a code you request expires before you use it, select Resend code, a resent code is only valid for 10 minutes.
You get three attempts to enter the code correctly. On the third wrong attempt, the registration session is discarded, not just the code, so Resend code can no longer help. You will need to go back and fill in the sign-up form again from the start.
Choose your role
Once your email is verified, you land on the intent screen. Pick the role that fits what you want to do first:
Role What you start with Buyer The buyer dashboard, plus Requests, Suppliers, and Reports in the top header menu. Supplier The supplier dashboard, plus Opportunities (New Opportunities and My Bids), Customers (My Customers and Discover), Catalog, and Reports in the top header menu. Both You start in the buyer view and can switch to supplier using the toggle at the top of the app. You can change your active role at any time from the top of the app, this choice only decides where you land first.
If you see "Application under review"
Most sign-ups with a work email domain get instant access. Accounts registered with a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook, and similar consumer domains) are routed to a brief admin review before activation, and a small set of domains are blocked outright. If your account goes to review, you will see an "Application under review" screen right after email verification. There is nothing else you need to do. Our team aims to review within one business day, and you will get an email the moment your account is ready.
While you wait, these guides are fully available, reading through them is a good use of the time.
