Brand Policy

This Brand Policy governs how partners, press, and third parties may use the VEXORS brand, name, logo, and other intellectual property owned by VEXORS FZC (“VEXORS”, “we”, “us”). Any use of VEXORS brand assets requires prior written approval unless otherwise stated.

Brand Ownership

The VEXORS name, logo, wordmark, colour palette, and all associated brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of VEXORS FZC. They are protected by trademark and copyright law in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

Permitted Uses

Referencing VEXORS by name in partner marketing materials with prior written approval

Using the VEXORS logo in partner directories or co-marketing materials with prior written approval

Describing the partnership tier accurately (e.g., "VEXORS Reseller Partner")

Linking to vexors.com from your website

All permitted uses require prior written approval from VEXORS. To request approval, email info@vexors.com with a description of the intended use and a sample or mockup where applicable.

Prohibited Uses

Modifying, distorting, or recreating the VEXORS logo or wordmark in any way

Incorporating the VEXORS brand into your own logo, product name, or company branding

Implying a certification, endorsement, or partnership level beyond what your agreement states

Using the VEXORS brand in a context that could mislead users about the nature of your relationship with VEXORS

Registering domain names, social media handles, or app store listings that include "VEXORS" or any variation

Applying to register any trademark, service mark, or trade name that includes the VEXORS name or mark

Using VEXORS branding in advertising that promotes a competing product or service

Using VEXORS branding in any content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive

Press & Editorial Use

Journalists, analysts, and event organisers may use the unaltered VEXORS name and logo for legitimate editorial coverage of VEXORS without prior approval, provided the use is accurate, correctly attributed, and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.

Required Disclaimer

When using the VEXORS name or logo in any partner material, you must include the following disclaimer in a reasonably visible location:

“Used with permission from VEXORS FZC. VEXORS is a trademark of VEXORS FZC.”

Co-branded materials must clearly distinguish your company's brand from VEXORS' brand. VEXORS branding must not dominate your materials to a degree that could mislead viewers about the source of the material.

Requesting Brand Assets

Official brand assets (logo files, colour values, typography guidelines) are available to approved partners and press. To request assets:

Email info@vexors.com with the subject line: Brand Asset Request
Include your company name, website, intended use, and the assets you require
We will respond as soon as we can

Enforcement

VEXORS actively monitors for unauthorised use of our brand. If we identify a violation, we will:

Contact you to request immediate removal or correction
Revoke any existing brand usage approval
Terminate the partner or affiliate relationship where applicable
Take legal action if necessary to protect our brand and IP rights
