This Cookie Policy explains how VEXORS FZC ("VEXORS", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use the VEXORS platform. Strictly necessary cookies are placed automatically as they are required for the platform to function. Functional and analytics cookies are only placed with your explicit consent, which you can provide or withdraw at any time using our cookie preference controls.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device across pages and sessions, store your preferences, and provide certain features. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage for some functionality.
We use three categories of cookies: strictly necessary, functional, and analytics. You can manage your preferences for non-essential cookies at any time (see “How to Manage Cookies” below).

4. Analytics & Performance Cookies
Analytics & Performance Cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform: for example, which pages are visited most often and whether any errors occur. This data is aggregated and anonymised. We use Google Analytics 4 and Sentry for error monitoring.

5. How to Manage Cookies
You can manage, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block all cookies from specific websites
- Block all cookies (note: this will prevent you from logging in)
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser
Browser-specific instructions:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Blocking all cookies will affect platform functionality. Strictly necessary cookies must remain enabled for you to access your account.
6. No Advertising or Tracking Cookies
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or tracking cookies for commercial profiling purposes. We do not share cookie data with advertising networks. Third-party services we use (Google Analytics, Sentry) have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

Browser Storage (localStorage / sessionStorage)
In addition to cookies, the VEXORS platform uses browser localStorage and sessionStorage to store certain data on your device. Unlike cookies, this data is not transmitted to our servers automatically: it is used purely to enhance your experience on the platform.

You can clear all localStorage data by clearing your browser's site data (see browser instructions in “How to Manage Cookies” above). Clearing storage will reset your in-app preferences but will not affect your account data stored on our servers.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by notice on the platform. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
