We built the platform
we wished existed.
Mid-market companies worldwide manage procurement over email and spreadsheets. We're changing that.
Enterprise procurement tools like SAP Ariba and Coupa cost $20K–$50K per year and take 6–12 months to implement. They're designed for Fortune 500 procurement departments: not a 150-person trading company in Dallas or a 300-person contractor in Manchester.
There's no SaaS built specifically for the global mid-market: tens of thousands of companies between $5M and $1B in revenue. They're sending email chains, sharing PDF quotes on WhatsApp, and keeping supplier lists in Excel. When the procurement manager leaves, the institutional knowledge goes with them.
We built VEXORS for them: a procurement trust network where any team can be productive in a day, starts at $0, and becomes more valuable as more companies join.
What we believe
Four principles that shape every product decision we make.
Trust is infrastructure
Reputation should be portable and verifiable. Every deal on VEXORS adds to a permanent, trustworthy record for both parties.
Transparency by default
AI decisions show their reasoning. Scoring rationale, evaluation criteria, and bid comparisons are always visible: no black boxes, ever.
Simple for the user, complex under the hood
Procurement is complex. Software shouldn't be. We design for the procurement manager who has 20 tasks before lunch.
Local roots, global reach
We started small because mid-market companies were ignored. The email-based procurement problem is universal: and so is our solution.
Built by operators, for operators
The VEXORS team has lived the problem from both sides of the procurement table.
